The manufacture of castings is carried out by casting in single forms. The maximum clod size is 1600x1200x475/475 mm. The manufacture of molds is carried out according to the cold-hardening mixtures technology (furan process), which is characterized by flexibility, the ability to quickly readjustment and is used in small-scale and mass production.

The equipment used and the features of the process allow achieving a consistently high surface quality of the manufactured castings, which allows for the application of minimum pumps for mechanical processing. Cleaning castings from technological elements is carried out on a complex of shot blasting equipment. The parameters of the manufactured castings are strictly controlled, including using a coordinate measuring machine. Control of the physical and mechanical properties of the obtained castings is carried out on the most modern equipment.

Production of castings is carried out in the chill casting machines section, equipped with universal machines Л - 90, chill casting complexes mod. 4951 for “Piston” castings production, including castings of a bimetallic piston with a non resistive insert, a chill casting machine mod. 4995 with technology for the production of castings by self-filling molds method, a complex of casting low regulated pressure machines mod. ВРЗ-1000 of the LPM company (Italy) and special machines, as well as in the high-pressure casting section, equipped with Slovak and Italian machines of various capacities (with a locking force of 250 to 700 tons) with horizontal and vertical cold pressing chambers.

The company has installed equipment for cutting, stripping and tumbling castings, as well as equipment for heat treatment of aluminum alloys according to the T1 (artificial aging) and T6 (hardening followed by artificial aging) modes, there are hardening complex “SMS-ELOTHERM” (Germany) with high-frequency heating for processing crankshafts and hardening installations with high-frequency heating “INDUKTO” (Slovenia) for camshafts producing, as well as equipment IPSEN(Germany) for chemical-thermal treatment (nitrocarburizing) of gears.
